The outpatient treatment of diseases of the central and peripheral nervous systems, rehabilitation treatment after acute cerebrovascular disorders, selection of patients for sanatorium and resort or rehabilitation treatment, referral for inpatient treatment to the inpatient department of the State Medical and Technical Institute or, in urgent cases, to specialized departments of medical institutions of the regional center are carried out.
