In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 17, 1996 No. 1138 "On approval of the list of paid services provided in state and municipal health care institutions and higher medical educational institutions" (as amended), order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 08, 2017 No. 1005 " On approval of the Procedure for the formation of tariffs for paid services provided by health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "State Institution" TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region "provides paid medical services, the tariffs for which are approved by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 12, 2019 No. 494.
The State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil Region" provides medical services:

- medical examinations (when applying for a job, periodic)
- medical examination of candidates for drivers and vehicle drivers;
- medical examination (with the issuance of a certificate) of persons to obtain a permit (license) for an object of the permitting system;
- medical examination of the decreed contingent (sanitary books).
- medical examination of persons applying for a position related to the performance of the functions of the state or local government;

Issuance of certificates F-127 / o, F-083 / o, F 122-2 / o, F-140 / o.
Medical examinations are carried out by doctors of the highest category.
The necessary laboratory, bacteriological, radiological and functional research methods are carried out.

To receive an invoice for payment for medical services, you must contact the accounting department of the institution. You must have an identification code with you (persons who, due to religious beliefs, are not provided with a code - a passport of a citizen of Ukraine). Payment can be made in any convenient way - at the nearest bank branch or by transfer from a payment card.

To pay for services in the application for the transfer of cash, the payment order in the "Purpose of payment" requisite, the payment code must be indicated, the requirements for which are determined by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 451 of 06.06.2019.
In the payment code for paying for services, the code of the body, subdivision in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (for the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region" - 126 101), the code of the service in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the number of services provided and the identification code of the recipient of services
