Mikhail Vladimirovich Vasilishin was born on November 20, 1966 in the village of Stary Skalat, Podvolochiskiy district.
Higher education, in 1992. Graduated from Ternopil Medical Institute, specializing in surgeon. Second education - in 2006 he graduated from the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of State Administration under the President of Ukraine at the Faculty of Public Administration. Received a master's degree in management. Third education - in 2011 graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a degree in jurisprudence and received the qualification of a lawyer.
Knowledge of languages ​​- Ukrainian, Russian, Polish fluently, English with a dictionary.
From 1985 to 1987 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR in the Carpathian Military District. From 1992 to 1995 he worked as an external doctor in surgery at Podvolochisk Central District Hospital. 1995-1997 worked as the head of the surgical department of the Podvolochisk CRH polyclinic. 1997-2000 - an urgent surgeon in Podvolochisk Central District Hospital. From 31.05.2000 to 1.06.2000 he was the chairman of the VVK SOZ, subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region. From 1.06.2000 to 1.08.2000 - acting head of the POP, subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region. From 1.08.2000 to 16.10.2007 - Head of the Department of Defense of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region. From October 2007 to October 2015 - assistant to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - head of the medical support sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region. October 15 to November 6, 2015 - head assistant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region. November 7, 2015 appointed head of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ternopil region" - doctor.
Awards, honorary titles - Honorary Donor of Ukraine - 02/23/2015.
He pays considerable attention to the development of the emergency medical care system in Ukraine. In particular, the training of personnel of employees with pre-medical care, including the course "First at the scene", the organization of interaction between the medical service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard and emergency medical care. He is a member of the panel of judges of the winter and summer international championships of emergency medical aid teams, which are annually held in Ukraine.
